Protect What Matters. Understand What's at Risk.

Welcome to AskSoniaVall

You've worked hard to build your business, your career, your assets, and your future. But how confident are you that everything you've built is properly protected?

Insurance is more than having a policy. It's understanding your risks, your responsibilities, and the things you may not even realize could go wrong.

With nearly two decades of experience in insurance and financial services, I help bring clarity to these important conversations.

  • Because what you don't know can cost you.

More Than Insurance. A Different Perspective.

Some of the biggest financial exposures aren't always obvious.

They can be hidden in contracts, overlooked policy exclusions, professional responsibilities, or simply assuming something is covered when it isn't.

Through insurance education, risk reviews, industry insights, and conversations with experienced professionals, I help simplify complicated topics so you can ask better questions and make more informed decisions.

My experience spans commercial and personal insurance, professional liability, private client protection, life and health insurance, and financial protection concepts.

I also serve as a Florida DBPR-approved continuing education instructor, helping community association managers better understand the insurance issues affecting their communities.

Meet Sonia

Experience Matters. Relationships Matter More.

I'm a proud Florida native, a dedicated mother, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

Throughout my career, I've worked in insurance agency leadership, business development, commercial insurance, and private client risk management.

Today, I work with Insurance Office of America (IOA), bringing that experience to business owners, community associations, professionals, and individuals with complex insurance needs.

I hold Florida 2-20 General Lines and 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities insurance licenses, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management.

What I've learned over the years is that the best professional relationships begin with honesty, transparency, education, and a willingness to listen.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in understanding people, asking the right questions, and making sure everyone involved is working toward the same goal.

Who I Help

Different People. Different Risks. The Same Goal.

I work with business owners, executives, property management companies, condominium and HOA associations, real estate professionals, and high-net-worth individuals who have significant responsibilities and assets to protect.

Whether you're responsible for a company, a community, a property portfolio, or your family's financial future, understanding your exposures is the first step toward making better decisions.

My focus is helping you see the bigger picture, recognize potential coverage gaps, and understand how insurance and risk management work together.

Three Conversations. One Clear Direction.

1. Discovery — Let's Get Acquainted.

We'll begin with a complimentary 15–30 minute conversation via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

We'll discuss your goals, concerns, and what you're hoping to accomplish. More importantly, we'll decide together whether there's an opportunity worth exploring.

2. Strategy — Let's Bring Everyone Together.

If we agree to move forward, we'll schedule a meeting with the appropriate owners, insured parties, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.

This step is important to me. Before developing recommendations, I want everyone who needs to be involved to understand the goals, contribute to the conversation, and be on the same page.

3. The Plan — Let's Decide What's Next.

Approximately one week later, we'll reconnect, preferably at the same day and time, to review a proposed plan and discuss the next steps.

If the appropriate decision-makers agree that the plan makes sense, we'll discuss how to move forward.

No pressure. No obligation. Just an opportunity to explore what we might accomplish together.

Every Great Relationship Starts With a Conversation.
